eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Shopify and other places to sell products online.
Amazon fee calculatorAmazon charges a referral fee on the item price plus shipping, 15% in most categories (8% for electronics, 5%–17% for clothing), with a $0.30 minimum per item. On top of that you pay $0.99 per item on the Individual plan or $39.99 a month on the Professional plan, and media items carry a $1.80 closing fee.
Bonanza fee calculatorBonanza charges a $0.25 transaction fee plus a final value fee of 3.5% at the Economy level, rising to 9%, 13%, 19% or 30% if you opt into its advertising program. Payments go through PayPal or Stripe, which take their own processing fee (3.49% + $0.49 or 2.9% + $0.30).
Chairish fee calculatorChairish's commission depends on your selling plan: 40% for Consignors (1–9 listings), 30% for Professional (10+ listings), 25% on Premium ($49/month), 22% on Plus ($99/month), and a cumulative 20% / 12% / 3% scale on Elite ($149/month, invitation only). Commission is charged on the sale amount only, not shipping or tax.
Discogs fee calculatorDiscogs charges a 9% selling fee on the item price plus shipping, with a $0.10 minimum and $150 maximum, deducted automatically when the buyer pays through PayPal. PayPal takes its own processing fee from the same payment (3.49% + $0.49 at PayPal's US Checkout rate).
eBay fee calculatoreBay takes one final value fee when an item sells: 13.6% of the item price plus shipping in most categories (12.7% with a Basic Store or higher) plus $0.30 per order under $10 or $0.40 over $10. Promoted Listings ads and a 1.65% international fee are optional extras.
Etsy fee calculatorEtsy charges $0.20 to list an item, 6.5% of the item price plus shipping when it sells, and a US payment processing fee of 3% + $0.25 per order. Sales that come from Offsite Ads pay an extra 15% (12% once your shop has passed $10,000 in sales over 12 months).
OfferUp fee calculatorOfferUp charges no fees and takes no commission on in-person sales, and since October 2025 every sale is local because nationwide shipping (and its service fee) has ended. The only costs are optional: Promote Plus at $19.99 a month or $99.99 a year, single promotions, and paid listings in some categories.
Reverb fee calculatorReverb takes a 5% selling fee on the total sale including shipping (minimum $0.50, capped at $500) plus a Reverb Payments processing fee of 3.19% + $0.49 on the full order amount. Listing is free; Bump ads and a 1% cross-border fee are optional extras.
Ruby Lane fee calculatorRuby Lane shops pay a $45 monthly maintenance fee for unlimited listings plus a service fee on each sale: 9.9% of the sale amount up to $2,500, 5% on the portion from $2,500 to $7,500, and 2.5% above $7,500. Payment processing is through your own PayPal or card account and is extra.
Shopify fee calculatorShopify charges a monthly subscription ($39 Basic, $105 Grow, $399 Advanced billed monthly) and, with Shopify Payments, an online card fee of 2.9% + 30¢, 2.7% + 30¢ or 2.5% + 30¢ per order. If you use a third-party payment provider instead, Shopify adds a 2%, 1% or 0.6% transaction fee on top of that provider's own charges.
TCGplayer fee calculatorStandard TCGplayer sellers pay a 10.75% marketplace commission on the item price plus shipping (capped at $75 per product), and a 2.5% + $0.30 transaction fee on the order total including shipping and tax. Pro sellers pay 9.25% commission plus a 2.5% Pro fee.
TikTok Shop fee calculatorTikTok Shop US charges a 6% referral fee on the amount the buyer pays (before sales tax) in most categories, 5% on fine jewelry and pre-owned goods. There is no separate payment processing fee, but if a creator sells your product through an affiliate link you also pay the commission rate you set.
Walmart Marketplace fee calculatorWalmart Marketplace charges only a referral fee: 15% of the item price plus shipping in most categories, lower in some (8% consumer electronics, 6% personal computers, 12% automotive) and tiered for apparel, beauty, baby and grocery. There is no monthly, setup or per-item fee.
