Amazon Pay fee calculatorAmazon Pay charges a 2.9% processing fee on payments made with a US-issued payment method, or 3.9% when the payment method was issued outside the US, plus a $0.30 authorization fee on every transaction. There are no monthly or setup fees.
Authorize.net fee calculatorAuthorize.net charges $25 a month on every plan. All-in-One adds 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction; Payment Gateway Only adds 10¢ per transaction plus a 10¢ daily batch fee on top of your own merchant account's rate. eChecks cost 0.75%.
Braintree fee calculatorPayPal Braintree charges 2.89% + 29¢ per card or digital-wallet transaction, 3.49% + 49¢ for Venmo, and 0.75% capped at $5 for ACH Direct Debit. Cards issued outside the US add 1%, and non-USD transactions add another 1%.
PayPal fee calculatorPayPal charges 3.49% + 49¢ for PayPal Checkout and Venmo payments, 2.99% + 49¢ for standard card payments, 2.89% + 29¢ for advanced card payments and 2.29% + 9¢ for QR codes. International payers add 1.50%, and currency conversion adds 4.00%.
PayPal Zettle fee calculatorPayPal Zettle (now PayPal Point of Sale) charges 2.29% + 9¢ for cards tapped, dipped or swiped on its reader and for QR code payments, 3.49% + 9¢ for manually entered cards, and 3.49% + 49¢ (PayPal or Venmo) or 2.99% + 49¢ (card) on invoices. No monthly fee.
Square fee calculatorOn Square's free plan you pay 2.6% + 15¢ for in-person card payments, 3.3% + 30¢ for online and invoice card payments, 2.9% + 30¢ through Square's payment APIs and 3.5% + 15¢ for keyed or card-on-file payments. International cards add 1.5%.
Stripe fee calculatorStripe charges 2.9% + 30¢ per online card payment and 2.7% + 5¢ in person, with surcharges of +0.5% for keyed cards, +1.5% for international cards and +1% for currency conversion. ACH Direct Debit is 0.8% capped at $5.
SumUp fee calculatorSumUp charges 2.6% + 10¢ for in-person transactions on its readers and 3.5% + 15¢ for online or manually entered transactions. There is no monthly fee on the free plan; paid software plans start at $49 a month and do not change the processing rate.
Venmo fee calculatorVenmo takes 1.9% + 10¢ on payments to a business profile (2.29% + 9¢ with Tap to Pay) and 2.99% on personal-profile payments marked as goods and services. Instant transfers to your bank cost 1.75% (25¢ minimum, $25 maximum); standard transfers are free.
